When you sign up for a monthly JPCI HelpDesk contract, we become your in-house IT department. You submit a support ticket, call us, text us or email us any time you need support, and know that there is NEVER any additional charge for services rendered. You are billed monthly for the systems covered under the contract, and the monthly price is based on the level of service you want. The only additional cost is for parts if they are needed.

While our primary focus is on computers, we have extensive experience in most areas of technology, and can help you with just about any technical question you have (and if we don't have the answer, we probably know somebody who does). Audio/video, projection, video conferencing, security systems, video streaming and recording studio consulting are only a few of these types of services.

We've been designing and building websites for ourself and for clients for two decades (longer than most web designers have been out of pre-school). We are or have been resellers for all the top domain name registrars on the planet, and use a web server farm with redundant power, backup generators, heating/cooling, internet connections located on the MAE West (the node where the US connects to the rest of the world). Our DNS servers update every 15 minutes, so there's no waiting 72 hours for DNS record changes to take effect.
