JPCI is a Microsoft Registered Partner, OEM System Builder and a Microsoft Certified Professional, and as part of our partnership with them, have a direct line to all of Microsoft's tech support resources. Since 1997, our sole purpose has been providing Central Oregon small businesses with on-call technical support as well as technology consulting services.

Recent Updates

  • 1/1/2022: Systems not being left on at night (so they can get urgent security patches) will be considered high risk systems and will be billed accordingly
  • 3/15/2020: Switched to FreshDesk for support tickets... details are on the "HELP!" page link at the top of our home page
  • 9/26/2018: Switched to new Atera system for all remote support and management
  • 5/11/2017: Sent out JPCI News Alert notifying all clients that the cell phones had been retired... a support ticket is now REQUIRED for all support (use email or the office phone for general questions not requiring support)
  • 2/15/2017: Mailing address has changed to 62239 Cody Road, Bend OR 97701 (the PO box is no longer being used)
  • 2/1/2017: We've switched to VoIP phones for our office... 541-410-2979 (non-emergency calls only)
